Salary: $17/Hr

Express Employment Professionals of Fort Myers is teaming up with a national hardware manufacturer to find a CSR candidate for their Fort Myers location. The ideal candidate with be able to connect with with clients and assist in the purchasing process. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotes
• Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes
• Assist customers in the showroom with questions and order placement
• Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone as well as face-to-face in the showroom
• Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
• Restock the showroom and perform cycle counts as required

 

Skill/Qualifications: 

• Team-oriented, shows initiative
• Strong sense of drive and creativity
• Proficient with Word and Excel
• AS400 experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks
• High School graduate, some college courses preferred
