We are looking for a logistics expert for a local client in Monroe, NC! As an Account Manager within this growing company, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring smooth operations within the logistics industry.

Pay: $19/hr. (Plus commission)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to streamline logistics operations and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to expand your client base.
• Coordinate the dispatch of shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and account management within the logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including dispatching and trucking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
