Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Experience: 2 years in an office setting and/or as an Administrative Assistant

Shift: M-F

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Familiarity with using databases and doing data entry.
  • Skilled at accurate data entry and data analysis with strong attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well as a team member and independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions regarding complex policies and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion of company data and company affairs.
  • Ability to learn industry-specific terms and concepts. 
  • Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor at all times. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing correspondence.
  • Effective professional writing skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages and route messages and dispatch information to the appropriate individuals via the Aspire CRM
  • Maintain accurate client contact information
  • Preprepared to answer client scheduling questions..
  • Handle all general filing for the office; maintain files appropriately and archive as necessary. 
  • Perform the ordering of all general office supplies for corporate office and office.
  • Responsible for helping with voicemail set ups, adding new cell phones, replacing cell phones, etc..
  • Check outgoing emails
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
