Position: TIG Welder
Location: Noblesville, IN
Hours: Rotating schedule of 4 10-hour days.

• Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Salary: $20-25/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on vibratory feeders and related components.
• Ensure high-quality welds that meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder; MIG welding experience is also acceptable with willingness to train.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in welding.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenge
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
