seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general property maintenance, with specialized knowledge in HVAC systems. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all building systems, including HVAC, are operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, to maintain the overall condition of the property.
• HVAC Systems: Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the property.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, as well as other building systems such as lighting, plumbing, and electrical.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all property systems to prevent future issues.
• Emergency Repairs: Respond to maintenance emergencies promptly and efficiently, including after-hours calls as required.
• Tenant Relations: Interact professionally with tenants, addressing maintenance requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring that maintenance activities are conducted in a safe manner.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance, with at least HVAC knowledge.
• Certifications: HVAC certification (e.g., EPA Certification) required.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs], climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or vocational training in HVAC or a related field preferred.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license required.
