Job Title: Production Associate

Salary: $16.50 to $17 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team in Tazewell, TN. 

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package products according to standard operating procedures
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of production goals
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production processes and product quality

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
