Accounting Generalist 

Location: Downtown St. Cloud 

Pay: $25-30 BOE 

Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

The Accounting Generalist will play a crucial role in enhancing the firm's accounting processes.  This role involves professional interaction with internal and external clients and vendors, both over the phone and in person.  It requires cross-functional collaboration within the accounting department to ensure seamless operations. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain business ledger
• Handle accounts payables and receivables 
• Proficiently use QuickBooks cloud version 
• Assist with collections functions 
• Prepare sales and use tax returns 

Qualifications: 

• Degree in accounting or finance, along with previous experience 
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel 
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills
