About the Position: Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our established client. In this role, you’ll be the central point of communication, handling high volumes of incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and ensuring seamless coordination between service technicians and accounting. As a key player in the customer experience, you’ll be expected to multi-task efficiently while maintaining strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor. Job Responsibilities:

• Answer and transfer up to 800 calls weekly, ensuring efficient communication between service technicians, accounting, and other departments
• Create and maintain customer accounts with accuracy, including updating billing information and processing account updates
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and documenting support tickets
• Manage and forward emails to the appropriate departments efficiently and promptly
• Ensure that all communication and customer interactions are handled professionally and effectively

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service or dispatcher role
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Strong customer service, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills are essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is required
