Express is looking for a well qualified Office Administrator for their client in Novi, MI. This is a full time, long term position with a local technology service provider. As an office administrator, you'll have an array of responsibilities that span from bookkeeping to inventory to database management.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Posting to the general ledger
- Customer billing
- Inventory management
- Working in Excel to calculate commission for sales department employees
- Database management
Office Administrator Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office (including Excel)
- Proficient in QuickBooks (desktop)
- familiar with generalized accounting concepts/bookkeeping
