Office Assistant (part time) - Up to $22/hr
Express is looking for a well qualified Office Assistant for their client in Novi, MI. This is a part time, long term position with a Tier 1 automotive supplier. As an Office Assistant, you'll have an array of responsibilities that span from customer service to inventory management.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for phones; routing calls, answering customer questions
- Greeting all in-person guests
- Maintaining internal and external of facility; vendor relationship management
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Report compilation within Excel and PowerPoint
Office Assistant Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)
- Clerical, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Able to work independently and take action proactively
