$17/HR

Monday thru Friday, 9am to 2pm

• Answer multiline phones
• Schedule clients
• Scan, file, email, and able to use fax machine
• Ability to pass tests from a variety of insurance companies annual updates to programs
• Proficient with Microsoft office, (mail merge)
• Ability to learn ACT database for scheduling appointments and documenting client information
• Able to deescalate upset clients
• Must be detail orientated and organized
