Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 annual salary plus commission (ability to add up to $20k to your salary in commission during your first year)

We’re adding to our recruitment team, searching for a stand-out bi-lingual (Spanish) candidate that can is driven to help people succeed! The successful candidate will have outstanding time management, problem solving and communication skills with the ability to work well in a small team environment.  This person will be responsible for recruiting and inside sales activities on our Light Industrial staffing division which contribute to the overall growth of our office. • Demonstrated track record of achieving long-term goals through dedication and perseverance
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a HUGE plus
• The desire to help people and solve problems
• The ability to work well independently as well as in a small team environment
• Great attitudes with a relationship-first, charismatic customer service and sales approach
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• General computer knowledge (MS Office) with the ability to type 40+ WPM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hunger, drive, and ownership mentality
