Seeking detail-oriented accounts receivable professional to join our accounting team.

 

This integral role focuses on managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process with meticulous attention to accuracy and timeliness.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Manage large volume of customer accounts and daily financial transactions

- Record and validate payments, invoices, credits

- Maintain accounts receivable aging reports

- Address customer inquiries related to payments and account reconciliations

- Support month-end closing

 

Qualifications:

 

- Understanding of accounts receivable processes

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient with MS Office applications

- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
