Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a local apartment complex in the Roseville area.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
• Address and resolve maintenance issues reported by tenants or property managers.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize future repairs.

• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts of buildings, including fixtures, doors, windows, and flooring.
• Address issues with plumbing, such as leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs.
• Perform electrical repairs, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property managers by responding promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.
• Communicate effectively regarding the status of maintenance tasks and any required follow-up.

Inventory and Supplies:

• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Order and maintain stock of necessary tools and materials.

Emergency Response:

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular working hours as needed.
• Assist with emergency repairs and coordinate with contractors when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to [insert weight limit] pounds.
