The Specialized Recruiting Group is partnered with a specialty contractor and supplier that is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for their office located in Franklin, IN!
Job Summary/Company Information:

• The purpose of this role is to be the liaison between Project Managers, Superintendents, Vendors, Contractors, and other internal departments.  Duties are as follows:
• Input new project information into the database accurately once a bid has been approved.
• Partner with Project Manager/Purchasing Manager to determine what products need to be ordered and in what quantities.
• Handle all communication between on-site Superintendents, Project Managers, and Contractors via phone and/or email.
• Maintain project spreadsheets in Excel to ensure products and supplies will arrive on schedule.
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, itemize products, and organize by project.
• Contact freight companies to schedule large shipments to jobsites.
• Troubleshoot any damaged or missing product issues.
• Communicate monthly billing information to accounting department.
• All other duties as delegated by management

 Pay/Benefits: 

• Up to $21-24/hr based on experience
• Quarterly bonus potential
• Evaluation to hire opportunity
• 401(k), Generous vacation time, and paid holidays available upon hire 

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Thursday 8a-4p and Friday 8a-3p

Requirements: 

• The ideal candidate must have recent office experience
• Background in project scheduling in a construction-related field a huge plus
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Professional communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to research and analyze issues and come up with a quick solution
• Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and flex based on urgency
• Willingness to work in other departments and be team player
• Able to learn quickly, take direction, and be very reliable
• Able to lift up to 30lbs, walk, bend, stoop on occasion
