Claims Care Representatives - $15.74

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring multiple Claims Care Representatives for a local Insurance company. 

Will be responsible for:

 

• professional & timely communication with customers via phone, fax, and email
• accurately document all information regarding existing claims
• assist team members with customers in timely follow-up, processing & settling of their insurance claims
• interview claimants and initiate claims procedures
• review applicants'' insurance coverage

Qualifications include:

• HS Diploma or GED (some college preferred or insurance training)
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Strong MS Office experience, specifically Word & Excel. Experience with AS400 is a plus.
• Attention to detail 

 Claims Care Representative Shift:

• 1st shift, 8:30A-5:30P, Monday through Friday.
  Full Time
