Maintenance Technician - $17/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a local resort in Gatlinburg, TN.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Performs guest room and public area maintenance and repairs
• Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, spackling (drywall) required
• Exterior building maintenance repairs as needed
• Cleaning and monitoring outdoor common areas
• Maintain pools and hot tubs
• Grounds maintenance
• Completes preventive maintenance checklists
• Good verbal communication
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Performs other duties as assigned

 

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Previous Maintenance experience or experience with carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, electrical, etc required.

Maintenance Technician Shift:

• 8am- 4:30pm or 4pm-12:30am weekends required 
• Full-time
• Overtime may be available.
