We're hiring a Field Service Technician for a Florida-based manufacturer and distributor of XRF sample preparation consumables and equipment for industrial markets worldwide. This role offers a rare chance to travel across the country, hone your skills, and receive industry-specific training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance & Installation: Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on specialized industrial equipment. Install new equipment and train customers on proper usage.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Diagnose errors, replace components, and ensure system stability. Create detailed reports and follow client specifications while adhering to safety standards.
- Customer-Focused: Communicate clearly with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional manner. Build lasting relationships while offering high-quality service.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records using Service Fusion software. Track all service calls, repairs, and parts used for future reference.
Qualifications:
- AS/BS in electronics, industrial mechanics, or equivalent training (military or technical school grads welcome!)
- Experience in Maintenance Mechanics, Electronics, or HVAC.
- High school diploma with 4+ years of field experience also considered.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication, organizational, and independent work skills.
- Ability to occasionally travel internationally.
