We are currently seeking a TEMPORARY Customer Service Representative for our client, a home remodeling company located in Northborough, MA. The core responsibilities of this position will be to make an average of 40 daily calls to customers for account collections, assisting them in filling out forms, sending follow-up emails, and performing data entry into Salesforce.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Make an average of 40 calls per day to customers regarding collections on accounts.
  • Follow a detailed process with each customer to ensure proper handling of collections.
  • Assist customers in filling out complex forms accurately and thoroughly.
  • Send follow-up emails to customers as part of the collections process.
  • Enter data accurately into Salesforce, ensuring all customer interactions and transactions are documented.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve collections strategies and processes.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of customer service & office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong communication and time management skills

 

Schedule:

 

The schedule is Monday-Friday from 10AM-6PM. After a few weeks, there is the option of a HYBRID REMOTE schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. This is a TEMPORARY position until 12/31/2024, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

 

Compensation:

 

The pay for this position is depending on experience.
