Express Employment is seeking a Quality Technician for our partnered client BRP,INC. This individual will report to the Product Performance & Quality Lead, and
who’ll be tasked with researching and testing products within the Marine Group. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You’ll be at the forefront of maintaining product performance and quality for BRP products.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Process and document potentially failed components from the field (dealer network)
Research, create, and report failures to relevant parties.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Support investigations into emerging quality issues by collaborating with cross functional teams.
Perform analysis in remote locations. (Travel) 10%YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU

Qualifications include:

Ability to work in Google and Microsoft workspaces.
Strong mechanical aptitude: ability to read technical documents and drawings.
Basic technical degree or any relevant qualifications in powersport, automotive, marine or small engine mechanics

Team Player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience in critical thinking or problem-solving techniques.
Able to lift, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
