We're seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to join a dynamic production team in Wadsworth, Ohio. This is a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Operate both manual and automated equipment for handling roofing material.
Assist with material handling and potentially operate a forklift (on-the-job training provided).
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
Be a team player and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications:

Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
