What is the opportunity?
· We are hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to work in the maintenance of multiple Apartment and Condominium complexes in Sioux Falls.
How will you spend your time?
· In this role job duties will include completing daily tenant maintenance requests; monitoring and maintaining building mechanical systems, assisting with grounds maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
We are excited about you if you have the following?
· 2+ years of related job experience with good job performance and longevity.
· Previous experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and basic repairs.
· Attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
· Full physical abilities (Strength, flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties.
What do you get in return?
· This position is from 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday
· Starting Compensation: $18 to $24 hr.,
