The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment Professionals is partnered with an Indianapolis-South Plumbing Company who is adding a Project Coordinator to their team!

Job Summary/Company Information: 

• This Plumbing Company has been in business for over 10 years with a team of 25 employees.
• Coordinate schedule for the excavation crews.
• Connect with customers on jobs that are delayed or rescheduled.
• Maintain customer communication on jobs that are on hold for parts ordering.
• Work with townships and vendors to coordinate equipment and permits. 
• Provide email material list to internal employees so material is pulled timely for technicians to load vehicles.
• Provide backup to CSR on incoming calls.
• Additional duties will be assigned to support other departments’ administrative needs.

Pay/Benefits:

• $20-$23+/hr based on experience with quarterly incentive opportunities

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-3:30PM, Paid 30 min. lunch

Requirements:

• 2+years of dispatching experience preferred!
• Experience with handling schedules and adjusting.
• Accurate data entry and basic computer skills with MS Office
• Personable and professional phone demeanor.
• Ability to be flexible depending upon urgency of tasks.
• Eager to learn and grow with the company long-term
