General Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our construction team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our construction sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleanup of all construction sites, including the removal of debris, waste, and hazardous materials.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors, surfaces, and equipment to maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist in unloading and organizing construction materials.
• Safely operate hand and power tools as required.
• Load and unload trucks with materials and tools.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs]).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
