Do you have great phone skills?  Our clients are looking for energetic Customer Support Representatives to provide expert level support to their customers. This position is responsible for processing, entering, and verifying work orders and ensuring accurate documentation, signed contracts, and billing information.

 

Customer Service Representatives Responsibilities:

• Handle, screen, and direct customer inquiries with a high level of customer service while maintaining adequate documentation of contact in the event follow up is required. 
• Manage and direct incoming voicemails and online requests.
• Act as a main point of contact with open & professional communication.
• Screen, input, and process new customer leads through the CRM system for future appointments.

What we look for in a Customer Service Representatives:

• College degree or 2-4+ years of experience in an office or customer service environment
• Customer service driven with strong listening and problem-solving skills 
• High attention to detail and accuracy
