Napa company looking for Print Press Operator.  The Print Press Operator will perform production operations of machinery in his/her charge, ensuring the product quality under the orders established by the Management.

Duties include: 

• Be able to read and understand work orders, manuals, technical procedures and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Operate and maintain the machines and tools used to to do the work.
• Be able to continuously learn and improve skills on the job.
• Make suggestions to make improvements in the work area.
• Be able to operate the print press for an entire shift of 8 hours or more if needed.
• Be able to solve problems by yourself and solve complex problems with the supervisor’s help.
• Maintain work area clean and organized keeping supplies and tools needed to do the job easily assessable.
• Follow and maintain the quality control standards according to product specifications.
• Make Maintenance requests to work on the machines or areas needing repair.
• Must be able to stand and walk most of the time during the shift, stretch and have the ability to perform movements as required to be able to perform the job. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to coordinate hands and vision to control the printing equipment and produce good quality product.
• Must be able to work independently, keep a positive attitude, maintain a positive work and team environment, take initiative and be a leader.

M-F 1pm-9:30pm

Pay $23/hr.
