The Truck Body Manager oversees the daily operations of the branch''s Body Shop, ensuring compliance with policies. They plan, direct, and control activities to meet growth and profit targets, develop objectives and procedures, and evaluate performance. Essential functions include supervising personnel, liaising with customers and technicians, and ensuring high-quality service standards. Candidates require a bachelor’s degree in Auto Body or related field, previous supervisory experience, and 2-3 years in truck body or related fields. Preferred skills include CDL, leadership, communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency, with an accounting background beneficial. This role demands strong decision-making, leadership, and customer service skills to achieve operational and financial goals effectively. Pay for this position is $85 - $90k DOE, plus quarterly bonuses and benefits. The company is offering a relocation package to help cover moving expenses.
