Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a large local company in Everett, WA. Produced in Washington and recognized as a leader in their industry, this company offers farm-fresh products ready to deliver! This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This is a fulltime, permanent role offering day shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing orders and sending invoices
• Direct communication with various plants
• Data entry and order processing
• Follow-up via email correspondence
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed
• Acquiring customer orders and assisting in the coordination of product delivery
• Understanding pricing formulation and billing of all customers
• Assisting and supporting the Pricing Coordinator
• Interfacing between plant and customer to arrange specials as needed
• Making corrections on invoices and issuing credits as appropriate
• Filing order, invoice, delivery, and other supporting documentation
• Assisting in investigating and answering questions from CSRs, other departments, or Customer Service Support Personnel

Work Environment:

• Business casual dress code
• Quiet team environment

Compensation:

• $22/hr
• Day shift: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts receivables, invoicing, and order processing
• Exceptional customer service phone experience
• Ability to navigate with dual monitors
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external customers
