Required Skills/Experience

Minimum 5 years supervising a team in a manufacturing environment
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in Food Manufacturing a BIG PLUS
Familiarity with Sanitation Procedures, and USDA Standards
Good attendance
Willing to learn new skills
Can get along with others
