• Ensure HR operations run smoothly and effectively

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR experience
• PHR or SHRM Certification
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS knowledge (e.g., PeopleSoft) is a plus
• Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws
