Express is recruiting a Full-Time Administrative Customer Service Rep on behalf of our Windsor Client. Requirements for an Administrative Customer Service Rep include:

  • General Administrative Duties
  • Collect / create valid, accurate data for input into Database
  • Reviewing Orders and purchases with Customers
  • Inside Sales with regards to get out Samples and Quotes
  • Answering phones, filing, data entry

Qualifications for an Administrative Customer Service Rep include:

  • Post-secondary diploma/certificate
  • 2 Years’ Experience Administrative Role
  • Experience with Admin and Customer Service
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
  • Accpac experience is preferred but not required
  • CPARS experience preferred but not required

Hours and Pay Rate for an Administrative Customer Service Rep include:

  • Monday – Friday 8:30am- 4:30pm
  • Pay $20.00/hr
