Salary: $40/hr

Position: Events Coordinator/Appointment Setter
Hours: Part-Time (2 evenings a month, 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM)

Pay: $40/hr plus incentives

  • Appointment Bonus: Earn additional incentives for each appointment scheduled and kept with our financial planners.
  • Business Development Bonus: Receive a commission for any business secured as a result of the appointments you arrange.

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Events Coordinator/Appointment Setter to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the face of our firm during select evening events, with the primary goal of building relationships with attendees and securing face-to-face meetings with our financial planners. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our business by turning event contacts into long-term clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and represent the firm at two evening events per month.
  • Meet and greet event attendees, providing them with information about our services and the benefits of working with a fiduciary wealth advisor.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with attendees to identify their financial needs and introduce them to our financial planners.
  • Secure appointments for attendees to meet with a financial planner for a complimentary consultation.
  • Follow up with attendees after events to confirm appointments and maintain relationships.
  • Track and report on the number of appointments scheduled and business closed as a result of your efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a consistent message and approach at events.
  • Provide feedback and insights from events to help refine our outreach and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, event coordination, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with new contacts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • A genuine interest in financial planning and helping individuals achieve their financial goals.
  • Availability to work during the designated evening hours.
