Responsibilities:

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
• Proper use of equipment and materials

Qualifications:

• Concrete polishing, epoxy / urethane flooring, and/or LVT/ VCT installation experience preferred
• All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town occasionally
• Ability to work up to 60 hours per week including overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & some holidays
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to Allentown company shop
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test

The successful candidate for our Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew opportunities will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity, and have a strong work ethic and competitive drive. Reliability is of the upmost importance to success within the role! Candidates will be paid hourly, PLUS additional travel time and bonuses for jobs completed ahead of scheduled!
