Duties:

Shipping & Receiving: Loading and unloading deliveries as needed. Accepting deliveries and logging them into inventory.
Inspecting: Checking for damaged packaging and verifying the accuracy of products. Reporting errors and/or damages to the relevant department.
Storing: Organizing and retrieving stock (raw material, finished product and consumables), and storing it in an accessible manner.
Packing and shipping: Pulling boxes as needed by the shipping clerk. Preparing outgoing pallets for delivery.
Maintaining: Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy, and ensuring the safety of the work environment. Maintain minimum stock levels of raw material and consumables.
Operating: Using forklift and pallet jacks to move goods and operating other warehouse equipment. Computer skills to include the use of E-mail, Excel, Word, Access and other web-based applications
Daily: Loading & unloading raw materials into dryers each afternoon.
Other: Miscellaneous tasks as needed by Manager.
