Job Title: Demolition/Restoration General Laborer

Location: Sycamore, IL

Pay: $18+ per hour based on experience

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with on-call weekends.

 

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning residential and commercial carpets, upholstery, and hard surface floor care.
• General cleanup of flood or fire catastrophes.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and carrying materials from buildings to the dumpster for removal.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to various tasks as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Availability to work nights and weekends for emergencies.
• Ability to continuously lift 70 pounds.
• Drive to work sites as required.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to continuously lift 70 pounds.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends for emergency situations.
• IICRC (WRT/ASD) certification preferred.
• Previous experience in demolition or restoration work is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
