Job Title: Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist
Pay Rate: $22 - $25 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

 

Job Description:
A client of Express Employment Professionals is hiring for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist with strong proficiency in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both AR and AP processes, including invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
• Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts
• Utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial records
• Maintain up-to-date records of transactions
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
