Salary: $92,000 -$11,000/Annually DOE

Express Employment Professionals is excited to hire for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at a fast paced fabrication company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical devices and equipment.

Responsibilities for the Mechanical Engineer:

• Assemble and fabricate mechanical components and systems
• Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical failures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs
• Provide expertise in robotics and automation systems
• Work on the assembly line to ensure efficient production processes
• Maintain industrial equipment in manufacturing facilities

Skills and qualifications for the Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/fabricating environment, preferably in mechanical system design, maintenance, and improvement
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of industrial equipment
• Experience with robotics and automation systems
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on mechanical issues
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
• Previous experience working on assembly lines is a plus
