Qualifications for Maintenance Technician

• Previous experience with building and property maintenance
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic electrical and plumbing experience
• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, and aid handling equipment would be a plus

 

Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician

• Maintain building exterior and interior
• Maintain building systems: boilers, chillers, air handling
• Painting
• Basic plumping and electrical repairs
• Changing light bulbs
• Lawn maintenance
• Snow removal
• Moving furniture
