Customer Service / Shipping Clerk - Direct Hire

Salary: $20-24/hr

Shipping Clerk – $20-24/hr

We’re seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Shipping Clerk. This is a critical position responsible for overseeing the shipment of packages. This includes, working with UPS, FedEx, and other private vendors to ensure on-time pick-up. This team-oriented role will commonly work with warehouse staff for collaborative client satisfaction. • Knowledge of UPS, FEDEX, FEDEX Freight, DHL, International shipping, able to schedule pick ups
• Windows 10, Excel spreadsheets
• Data entry into EA® customized system to prepare orders for shipping
• Receiving of UPS (no heavy lifting, packages are delivered to our receiving office)
• Bilingual
• Good communication with vendors and customers
• Preparing quotes, Bill of ladings
• Inventory upkeep
