Shipping/Receiving Coordinator Job Description: 

A manufacturer of coatings and sealants for driveways and recreational courts is looking for committed individuals to join their team! As a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders safely leave the warehouse as well as receiving incoming orders, checking accuracy, and proper documentation of transactions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipments
• Pack items to ensure safe delivery
• Prepare bills of lading
• Check items being shipped against work orders
• Sign for deliveries
• Collaborate with logistics techs, CSRs, service providers, and anyone doing shipments
• Respond to inquiries for POs
• Provide routing/shipping info
• Load/Unload trucks
• Inspect Shipments

 

Schedule and Pay:

• Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
• $18.00-$20.00/hr

• E-Commerce, Fed-Ex, UPS, LTL RDC experience
• Administrative experience
• Drug screen
• Background check
