A local Germantown company is looking for a Quality Inspector!

This is a full time position:

• 1st and 2nd shift
• $18-23/hour DOE

 

Main duties for this position include:

• inspection of production material as assigned
• removing defective items from production, designating reason for removal
• performing internal QA audits that are compliant with ISO 9011 requirements, corporate policies, practices, and procedures

The ideal candidate for this position will:

• have 1 year certificate from college or tech school, 3-6 years related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of experience and education
• possess high level of attention to detail
• be teamwork oriented (but also be able to work independently)
• be capable of using tape measures, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and optical comparators
