Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Tech to join our team in Plant City. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various repair and preventative maintenance duties, ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities. Your tasks will include changing belts, oil, and filters, handling minor plumbing and electrical work, performing drywall and painting tasks, and troubleshooting general repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing belts, oil, and filters.
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Conduct drywall repairs and painting to maintain the facility’s appearance.
• Troubleshoot and perform general repairs as needed.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain records of work performed and report any significant issues to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in minor plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
• Basic skills in drywall repair and painting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
