Salary: 25.00 - 30.00

Seeking a temporary Facilities Interim Manager for production facility in Grand Junction. 

Initial need is 30 day coverage Monday - Thursday 7am - 5:30pm

Pay range $25.00 - 30.00 dependent on experience

 

Essential Functions: 

  • no super supervisorial requirements 
  • coordinate, monitor and appraise job results and communicate with management
  • coordinate planning and scheduling with management 
  • manage overall facility services 
  • maintain suitable working environment 
  • report and make recommendations to senior management regarding business facilities
  • review and manage al preventative and corrective maintenance as well as unscheduled maintenance and contract workers 
  • track building upkeep
  • ensure building security 
  • respond to urgent issues regarding the facility 

Other job duties:

  • keep property grounds cared for and landscaped 
  • maintain and repair building or contract maintenance services as needed
  • compare cost of services and goods before choosing the best option
  • use best practices to manage and reduce operations costs 
  • collaborate with HR to ensure employee compliance with security policy

Qualifications:

  • working knowledge of CNC equipment 
  • minimum of 10 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience 
  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • ability to work toward deadlines 
  • must meet facility hiring requirements 
  • Bachelors degree in business management, facilities management or a related field
