Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch)

Salary: Starting at $16/hour

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers dealing with service issues and requests.

You will handle incoming phone calls, assist walk-in customers, process payments, and schedule equipment deliveries. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service and be comfortable using basic Microsoft Office programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls from customers (high call volume) 
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and service needs.
  • Process cash and card payments for services rendered.
  • Schedule deliveries of equipment and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Use Microsoft Excel (basic level), Outlook, Word, Teams, to manage daily tasks and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
