Position: Aerospace Program Manager / NPI 

Location: Springdale, OH 

Compensation: $110-115K 

Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing 

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or higher is required
• Previous experience in a Program Manager Role is required.
• Previous experience in a Manufacturing Setting is required.
• Previous experience in the Aerospace Industry is a plus.
• Previous experience with Integrate Production is a plus.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the internal/external workflow to meet customer commitments
• Ensure all aspects of the assigned workload are progressing on the appropriate timeline
• Manage Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and/or Sales to ensure there will not be a schedule slippage
• Lead Product and Production development utilizing Vantage or their manual systems
• Verify Master Production schedule for customers
• Verify with Purchasing Department to ensure Raw Material and Services are available
• Establish timelines for secondary operations
• Reviews new orders for delivery dates and material requirements
