Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time Field Service Coordinator for a 1-year contract role starting immediately!

Position Details:

  • Pay Range - $26.53/HR - $34.49/HR (Depending on skills and experience)
  • Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Location - South Orlando - located close to the Florida Mall.

Job Duties:

  • Provide a variety of clerical and administrative duties for field service such as travel arrangements, calendar management, timekeeping, resolving priorities with constant changes, and telephone interface with all levels of management. 
  • Organizes and maintains electronic file system, and files outage resource correspondence and 
    other records
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and receive invoices within the financial system.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field or position.
  • 2+ years in an administrative/project administrative role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience.
