Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently seeking Maintenance Workers performing Landscaping & Grounds duties for various locations in the Bradenton, FL area.

Duties:
- Maintain grounds of properties, roadways and surrounding areas.
- Cutting grass, edging, mowing, using blower and weed-eaters.
- Cut low lying limbs; may dig and perform root pruning.
- Pick up trash and debris.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:
- Safely use commercial-type lawn equipment; zero turn mowers and gas-powered edger/blowers.
- Use hand held tools, such as clippers, shovels, rakes, etc.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Full movement of bending, stooping, walking, reaching, pulling, stretching, grasping, lifting, and climbing
- Background check & drug test required, drug free workplace.
- HS diploma or GED.
