Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance work, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and facilities for needed repairs or upgrades.
Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and facility structures.
Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand and power tools.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor or plant manager on larger projects.
Maintain records of work orders, materials used, and time spent on tasks.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
Proven experience as a handyman or in related maintenance/repair roles.
Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general facility maintenance.
Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends).
Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments (indoors and outdoors).
