Key Responsibilities:
Product Packaging: Operate machinery and equipment to package chemical products into designated containers, ensuring correct weight, labeling, and sealing.

Quality Control: Inspect products and packaging materials for defects or inconsistencies. Perform routine quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Equipment Operation: Set up, monitor, and adjust packaging machines and equipment to maintain optimal production efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues as they arise.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), handling hazardous materials, and following proper procedures to prevent accidents or exposure.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and request replenishments as needed. Maintain accurate records of packaged products and materials used.

Documentation: Complete required documentation for each shift, including production logs, quality reports, and safety checklists.

Shift Work: Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to cover shifts as needed and adapt to changing schedules.

 

 

Work Environment:
Exposure to chemicals and loud machinery noise, requiring adherence to safety guidelines.
Work may involve standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
Regular use of PPE, including gloves, masks, and safety glasses.
