Responsibilities include:

• Receives incoming products as assigned rapidly, efficiently, and accurately.  This can include loading, unloading, counting, verifying, putting away products that have been received, and collecting data.
• Stores products by established warehouse procedures while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Makes recommendations regarding proper storage to improve workflow efficiency.
• Accurately completes paperwork as required.
• Performs cycle counts to reconcile inventory & locations against computer files.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and advise on the most probable cause of errors.
• Inspects and processes customer returns promptly.
• Follows company safety protocol and procedures at all times; such as wearing proper PPE, reporting safety incidents and accidents, etc.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment and ensures the warehouse is kept in good order.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.

Position Type: Ongoing

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of inventory experience is a plus
• Problem-solving, analysis, and basic math skills
• Effective and efficient communication skills are required for stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to count accurately
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications are a plus
• Ability to operate electric stand-up forklift and electric stand-up reach forklift
• Results-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
• Frequent heavy and demanding physical labor.
• Must be able to perform constant repetitive motion.
• Must be able to stand 8 hours a day.
• A large percentage of work time is spent in a warehouse where temperatures range from warm to cool and noise levels can be moderate to high.
